U.S. Orders

• Orders shipping within the continental U.S. ship within five business days unless otherwise stated.
• Our shipping strategy includes multiple carriers. Orders with multiple products may be shipped through multiple shipping carriers.

International Shipments

• We ship to Canada only.

Product Returns

Product return questions may be directed to returns@musclemanufacturing.com. All returns must be preapproved. Click here for a product return authorization form.

All exchange/return requests must be received within 10 days from the date the product was received. Items must be returned in original packaging and packing material. Custom ordered items are non-returnable.

Please Note: Only items in new, unused and resalable condition can be returned within 10 days from the date the product was received for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges
The Customer is responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the item back to us. The Customer is also responsible for shipping charges related to the exchanged item to be shipped.

Refunds
There is a restocking fee, usually 10% but, can be up to 20% depending on the condition of the product.  Shipping charges are not refundable. The Customer is responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the return item back to us.

The Customer is responsible for insuring the return package to guard against loss or damage along with all fees and shipping costs associated with shipping the return item.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Products may be discontinued at any time without notice.

Warranties

• Muscle Manufacturing provides no product liability, warranties, or product guarantees beyond those supplied by the  product manufacturers.
